She brings a deep understanding of fundraising strategy, organizational dynamics, and relationship management, shaped by work across complex healthcare and nonprofit environments.

She supports both the TGC team and clients by adapting to evolving priorities, anticipating challenges, and guiding work forward with clarity, respect, and care—helping organizations lead change while sustaining trust and alignment.
Liz is an active member of the Rotary Club of Southington and the New England Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (NEAHP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) through CFRE International.
