Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant for The Giving Collaborative, Rob Faughnan, CFRE, brings extensive expertise in healthcare and community philanthropy. With a rich history of leading large hospital campaigns, Rob successfully designed and implemented a Grateful Patient framework in a community hospital setting, enhancing engagement among clinicians and patients. Complementing his healthcare experience, Rob managed operations for the CHI National Foundation, part of the nation’s largest hospital system at the time. Before his work in healthcare, Rob directed diocesan fundraising efforts, overseeing all philanthropic revenue streams, including major and planned gifts, the Bishop’s Annual Appeal, parish campaigns, and offertory. He also spearheaded special fundraising initiatives for Catholic Charities, Catholic K-12 Education, and endowment building.
Rob holds a Master’s of Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He resides in Colorado Springs with his wife, their five children, and two Golden Doodles, Blue and Frankie. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, biking, and camping with family and friends.
